These terms cover your use of the OGPIN app and website. Using OGPIN means you accept them. We've kept them plain — if something here seems unfair, tell us rather than guessing at what we meant.
You share a reel; we identify the restaurant, recipe, hotel or destination in it and save it to your personal map. We then point you at places where you can act on it — booking a table, ordering food, comparing hotel prices, searching flights.
We never take your booking, hold your money, or supply the meal, room or flight. Every transaction is between you and that partner, under their terms.
You need an account to sync and back up your saves. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Give us an email address you actually control — it's how we reach you and how you recover access.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent.
We may suspend an account that's abusing the service. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll tell you why first.
OGPIN uses automated analysis to read reels. It is often right and sometimes wrong. It can misidentify a venue, place a pin imprecisely, or produce an incomplete recipe.
Reels belong to the people who made them. OGPIN stores the link and the factual details extracted from a reel — a venue name, an address, a recipe — so you can find the place again. We don't claim ownership of anyone's content, and we're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta. Your use of Instagram remains governed by their terms.
If you're a creator and want a reel's extracted details removed, email us and we'll remove them.
Some links open a partner's site or app, and some carry an affiliate code that may earn us a commission on a booking or order. This never changes your price. We're telling you plainly because you should know how the app pays for itself. A partner appearing in OGPIN is not a recommendation or a guarantee about them.
OGPIN is free to use with a monthly allowance on how many reels you can process. If a paid subscription is offered, its price and terms are shown before you buy, billing is handled by Apple, and it renews until you cancel in your Apple account settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's policy, not ours.
We may change the free allowance. If we reduce it, we'll say so in the app first.
We aim to keep OGPIN running, but it's provided as-is. Features may change, and services we depend on can go away — sometimes with no notice to us either. We'll adapt the app when that happens rather than leave something broken in place.
To the extent the law allows, OGPIN isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything that happens with a third-party partner — a cancelled booking, a closed restaurant, a changed price. Nothing here limits liability that legally cannot be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If we change these terms materially, we'll update the date above and notify you in the app before the change applies.
